IAM Supports TIC
Published 15th October 2003
The Institute has for the past 30 years been at the vanguard of improving driving skills and promoting road safety. The work of the TIC runs in parallel with the IAM and in the past few years the two organisations have worked together at some of the Council's tyre safety clinics.
Commenting on the development IAM's chief executive Christopher Bullock said, "We are delighted to lend our support to the work of the TIC and to become more closely involved with tyre safety clinics and the sharing of help and advice".
The TIC secretary Peter Taylor said, "We are delighted that the Institute has become a supporter. The Council has admired the work of the IAM over the years and we now look forward to an even closer working relationship".
