TPMS

Tyre Pressure Monitoring Systems
Following new European legislation on vehicle emissions and tyre safety, from November 2012 all newly homologated cars will be required to be fitted with a pressure based Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).
TPMS systems monitor the amount of air within tyre and alert the driver when the pressure in any of the tyres falls below a certain threshold, typically 20% below the correct inflation level.
