Terms and conditions

1. This free prize draw is organised by TyreSafe of 6, Bath Place, Rivington Street, London EC2A 3JE.
2. The draw is open to UK car drivers aged 17 years or over excluding supporter members or contracted personnel of TyreSafe.
3. Only one completed entry form per person will be accepted.
4. There is one prize of an iPod 80gb to be won with a maximum value of £200.
5. Prize to be taken as stated and no alternative is available.
6. The draw will take place on 5th November 2007 and the winner notified by post.
7. The decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
