The NTDA has been a driving force in the UK tyre trade since the Association’s formation in 1930, representing and promoting the interests of its members operating in tyre wholesale, distribution, retail, mobile fitting, and repair and across the manufacturing, retreading, and recycling sectors and the associated wheel and automotive aftercare markets. To this day, they continue to work on improving standards, the professional development of tyre technicians, supporting the industry and creating a sustainable business environment. The NTDA are a democratically constituted, non-partisan and not-for-profit trade association run by a full-time directorate in Aylesbury and exist solely for the benefit of, and to drive growth and prosperity for, their member companies and the wider tyre trade.
NTDA members range from the largest national retail groups with hundreds of depots, to the smallest local family run business, mobile tyre fitting companies and international tyre, wheel, and equipment manufacturers.
